Auction 20
Well its nice to have an "better tin the normal" auction right before Christmas. A ton of boards were at the auction plate as well as a few, unusual pieces like a Bubbles. There was a small collection of Cocktail tables but I missed the prices as I chatted with friends. Missing form the list below is the Millipede, Trivia Whiz, Ms Pac and Arkanoid cocktails and well as the 6 sit down machines. As you
can tell, there were quite a few pins.
Decent variety. The
CFTBL was constantly being played. The parts machines were a total
wreck, most had no backglass and all were missing PCBs (As far as I
could tell), along with many playfield parts.
On a personal note, I got the 4 Aces (My first EM) and a good friend
got
the Shadow. Both seem to be in decent condition, I could use a new
backglass (Williams 4 Aces) if anyone has one reasonably priced.
This
auction was held by US Amusements. I
feel the need to bring this up as I receive at least one Email a week
asking "do you still have game XX from
your last auction" or "when is your next auction and can you have one in
my area" Fokes, these are
Public Auction and I have no ties with any of the mentioned auctions
houses. I have done my best to get all the
prices as actuarially as possible. Time to go through the list of stuff.
