Everyone looks for something different in an auction. I, myself, tend to look for the underdogs. The tired, poor condition, non working machines, that tend to go cheaper but need the most work. The Diamond in the rough, if you will. Well there was non of that at this December 7th 2002 US Amusements auction. There was also a lack of parts once again, which is the other thing I get into. The pile of crap boards in need of repair or something that needs to be identified. It is sort of like looking for the prize in the box of cracker jack! The unmarked game that turns out to be something cool or the easily repaired board that gives you the satisfaction of having another board in the collection or victory over something was once damaged that you brought back from the dead.

The Other disappointment was the fact that US Amusement will no longer be operating at the South Jersey Expo center, as they have for the 4 years I have been attending their shows. Turns out that the Expo Center is being torn down! Tentative new auction sites are being targeted in the Atlantic city NJ area and/or York PA.

Most of the friends that help me during these show ether did not show or left early, so I was by myself most of the day, so any reported price mistakes are mine and mine alone. Enjoy the list.
